2. Services

We offer VoIP/PBX systems, SMS messaging, and loan assistance. We retain call/SMS logs for operational and regulatory compliance.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited SMS
  • Using our systems for fraud or illegal activity
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload networks or devices
  • Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations.

4. Messaging Terms

By opting in, you consent to receive SMS from WVT Networks regarding:

  • Promotions
  • Service/loan updates
  • Transactional notifications
    Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on a “best-effort” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for interruptions due to internet outages, power loss, or carrier issues.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Dispute Resolution
